To request or inquire about an admission, simply call one of the phone numbers (24-hours/day) and ask to speak to the admissions coordinator. The admissions coordinator will call you back within 15 minutes.

You will be asked to provide some basic information to help us determine the appropriateness of care at Rio de Experanza at Mingus Center. Included will be questions about:

• Reasons (symptoms, behavior, etc.) for considering care at Rio de Esperanza
  
• Basic client information(name, address, date of birth, etc.)
  
• Source of payment.
  
• The client's estimated time of arrival and any transportation needs.

We will then ensure we have availablity, verify the payment source, and check with the clinical team for final approval of admission. Once approved, the client may arrive at Rio de Esperanza at Mingus Center for admission.

The Following items will     NOT be accepted:

Weapons, electronic devices, alcohol-based products, food, gum, beverages, jewelery (wedding bands only), any clothing that might be considered revealing, offensive or disruptive to treatment.
